That reply is the start of the order: we confirm a time, we tell you what to bring, and we send payment details for the first lesson only. After that you can stay week to week or hold a four week block if you like a calmer diary. A four week block is simply four dates reserved. It is not a locked contract with a scary exit. If you need to stop, you finish the dates you already paid. If you need to pause, we hold the credit for fourteen days. Late cancellations after the 24 hour mark are charged because the room cannot be given to the person on the wait list. Refunds for teacher illness are automatic. Refunds for a change of mind after a completed lesson are not, because the hour already happened. The form below is the only one on this page.
