These Terms of Use apply to the public website of Javoren Music Atelier Pty Ltd and to lessons booked through that site for the rooms at 7 Bridge Street, Sydney.

The site is an invitation to talk about adult music lessons, not a shop checkout and not a promise that a particular hour is free until we write back.
Sending a form is a request, and a confirmed time exists only after a person from the studio names a date.
Prices on the services page are in Australian dollars for 2026 and may change if a term poster is updated on that page.
A 20 percent welcome off the first booked lesson is the ordinary thanks for coming in, and no offer on this site goes past 45 percent.
A friend starting in the same term can share a 15 percent slice on that first month, and birthday week can take 20 percent off one lesson if you mention it.
The eighth attended lesson can bring 25 percent off the ninth, which is a stamp card, not a hidden auction.
Payment is due for the first lesson before or at that visit, in the way the reply email describes.
A four week hold is four reserved dates, and it is not a locked year of debt.
If you stop, you finish the dates you already paid, and unused future dates that we agreed to release can sit as a credit for fourteen days.
A move needs word by the afternoon before the lesson, and we will try to place you in the same week if a room is free.
A late cancellation after that mark is charged because another adult could have used the hour.
If a teacher is ill, we move you or we credit the fee, and that credit does not expire in a dramatic weekend.
A completed lesson is not refunded for a change of mind, because the room and the person were already there.
You are responsible for arriving in a state that makes teaching possible, which means you do not come to a voice lesson with a fever you hid.
You treat the rooms, the pianos and other students as shared tools, not as a set for a film.
Recording a lesson needs a yes from the teacher before you put a phone on the lid.
Optional Sunday afternoons are not exams, and nobody is graded or ranked on a wall.
The website text is written by the studio for adults, and you should not treat a banner line as a contract for a concert career.
We do not claim to be the only music school in Sydney, and we do not run fake counters or countdown clocks.
You may link to our pages if you do it plainly, and you may not copy the site to pretend you are Javoren.
